Anna Vander Heide is a Canadian illustrator and designer located in Toronto. She uses her personal experiences, thoughts, and feelings, to illustrate complex and abstract concepts, feelings, and topics. Anna utilizes texture and linework in her illustrations through both digital and traditional mediums to convey contemporary concepts in stylistically innovative ways.
She works in editorial illustrations, children’s literature, and visual development for film and game, but loves to explore various other disciplines. Anna has completed an Illustration Diploma at Seneca College, specializing in both children’s and editorial illustration.
